Have you read "Creating Cohousing: Building Sustainable Communities" by McCamant & Durrett yet? This book has been a key component to moving cohousing projects forward, shaving years in some cases, off of the planning and building. If you are still gathering members, I'd recommend having a copy on hand to borrow to those interested, or suggesting that your local library and/or bookstore carries it. Good luck with your project!
